The property is very modern, new and quietly located, yet easy to reach the beach or restaurants in the area. There is also a car rental next door for trips around Crete if you want to do that. We were welcomed very warmly every day and any request we had or small issues we brought up were immediately solved. All staff really felt genuinely invested in making our stay special, comfortable and relaxing. We are already planning to go back. We had the fortune to stay in a Junior Suite with private Pool for the last night and I can highly recommend doing that!

The hotel was simply a 12 out of 10!! A free shuttle picked us up at the airport. We already felt incredibly comfortable at check-in. The hotel complex looks exactly like the photos. The Mediterranean style gives it a special flair. All meals, from breakfast to dinner, are of very high quality and taste great! Everything is very clean and stylishly furnished :) To summarise: everything was awesome! BUT I would like to emphasise the employees. What makes the hotel unique is its staff: reception, bar, waiters, cleaning team. You were always very helpful, incredibly friendly as well as understanding, and very, very competent! Thank you very much! You are incredible! You make us want to come back soon! See you next year :)

we liked the pool area where the sun loungers were set out, also the bar and restaurant was lovely. The views from the rooftop bar were great. All the staff were really welcoming and made our stay that extra special.

The whole surroundings of the place. It is a hidden gem. I like how quiet it was when settled in your room. I was so well looked after that I feel assured of my right decision to book a week stay. I will definitely be returning again.

Good value for the money. Good atmosphere everywhere in the hotel. Comfortable rooms and the staff are helpful and kind, they do the best to help us with things that we need. It was beautifully decorated and very clean. They treated us so well and actually upgraded our room to include one with a private pool. The staff were very kind and attentive and went above and beyond to make sure our experience was that worth a 5 star location.
